Springfield, MA (8/28/24) – United Way of Pioneer Valley (UWPV) announces the appointment of Jessica Prokop as Chief Development Officer. She will be responsible for developing a sustainable institutional development effort to both support existing programs and expand them to serve the emergent needs of the organization’s clients.
“Jessica’s experience in and outside of the non-profit sector is a welcome and much needed addition to the UWPV team,” said Megan Moynihan, president and CEO of UWPV. “She has been present in the community for many years, and the prospect of adding someone with both her experience and character to our team is truly game-changing.”
Prokop brings over 12 years of leadership experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining UWPV, Jessica served in Director and Senior Director positions at Focus Forward and MassMutual. She also spent over five years at Springfield Technical Community College, where she held various roles including Director of Operations & Donor Relations and Director of Development & Foundation. Jessica was also part of UWPV’s Speakers Bureau from 2014-2016.
